Recently I received an invite from bridge program for nomination to DNA analytics and AI bridge program. After successful completion of the program, I will be moved to DNA unit but the whole process takes around 5 months. I need to know if it is worth applying and want to know about DNA unit in Infosys. How will be the work life balance, growth, salary hike and promotion. Is there permanent WFH option or do we need to go 10 day WFO? Will I relocated after completing bridge program. I am currently in IVS account and how is DNA compared to IVS? Please provide suggestions.

IVS account mainly has testing projects. We need to go to office 10 days in a month. Work life balance varies from project to project. But my current project is a hectic due to continuous releases and late night work at US timings. I did not receive any salary hike or promotion.
How did u get invite? Did u clear bridge acon exam?
