Trending @Infosys; Queries regarding employee retaining

I’m working as a consultant 5B, 6 YOE, got OS last 3 years, member of platinum club. Getting 18.3 with 15% variable. I got an offer from my previous company for 22 LPA and somewhat not interested to switch from here, but if I resign, will Infosys retain me matching the same offer?
