Hi. Yesterday I received an email regarding my Performance Bonus for the quarter April, 2024-June, 2024. For the past 2 quarters, my colleagues and I were getting the same percentage (we are in the same PU). But this time everyone received a different percentage. Can anyone tell on what factors Performance Bonus is given? If it is given solely on the basis of performance, then should I contact my manager or HR for feedback?
If your unit , manager or rating is different the PB will be different
No nothing will be changed now. Ideally if your peer and you under same manager have the same rating then you should have got Same performance bonus.
After receiving a letter will it can be changed?

Depends on manager, have a word with your manager set expectations. u will get it.
