Trending @Infosys; Quarterly Bonus
Hi All,
Can anyone please tell me why the people with project are getting less quarterly Bonus then those who don't even have the project??
I am not getting any performance bonus money from last 3 quarter. I am JL5 and have 100% allocation and working in production project from march 2024. The reason is that I got 'Need Improvement' rating last year. This NI rating was also not fair but somehow they made situation for me that I should accept that rating last year.
Is it true!?
Yes the bench employee I am talking about is one who joined with me and never get any project or always rejected the project he got till now. We joined in this March and still he got 78% without project and me and my other friend got only 75 and 68%
