If your swipe out and swipe in differ by 3 hours, you will get caught. Earlier it was not the case. But now, they are monitoring swipes as many bench employees are using this loophole.

I suggest you to sit/roam in office for atleast 3.5 hours continuous to avoid complications. Then apply wfh for remaining hours

The period of time you are btw swipe in and swipe out only considered.

First swipe in and last swipe out is counted. You can do this but be careful and don't encourage others. If it happens in bulk then authorities will get to know
