I got selected to JL5 through IJP and I have received Promotion letter with Hike in Oct. Should I also eligible for the year end appraisal ? Can I expect appraisal too.

Depends on the timing. If it’s usual annual hike in April you will get it but it will lower than others since you got the promotion hike recently
