Lol it's extremely rare to get JL7 with 15 YOE... I'm not sure about Hike no one tells but one of my colleagues from different unit who was long timer with low salary with 21+YoE got JL7 promotion and he said he got 35% hike till that time I only knew him by face only but we were in office in the same day when he got promotion email, he have us lunch party as he was very happy and from that point onwards I started to know him it was it early 2023 almost 2 years back... Only few months ago he got excellent offer and left infy
