Hi I will be completing 3 years in Infosys on October 2024, currently my role is Senior System Engineer, wiill I be eligible for promotion to TA? Is there any eligibility criteria for same?

Last month my 3 years service was completed with infosys but no luck still SSE only. I became SSE in Jan 1st 2023 No criteria for it It is purely with your manager only
I know a person who became TA with 2.9 years experience
