1. Since you have been promoted from jl4 to j15, If your current hierarchy (j15) has 2 levels like consultant & senior consultant then you have to wait for 1 year to make to 5a from 5b (progression) that too with manager recommendations. 1.1 If your current role is 5A ( Technology lead) and no sub level then one criteria would be a platinum club member (Higher DQ+ top 10 % DQ score within your JL level) + rating (commendable / outstanding) results to faster promotion.
2. If your opting for another promotional movement through IJP, possibly around 15 months of cool down period is there after 1st IJP selection, then you can apply and get promoted, but depends on the profile opportunity as each IJP profile has RM criteria (Role maturity) you can reach out to step up team if you like a profile and it says RM not met.
