Hi all, how much time we need to spend in JL4 before moving to JL5. Is it automatic or manager based ?

I have spent 2 years in JL4, last 2 ratings are CD. Am I eligible for promotion this quarter???

Yes, 100% you are eligible for JL5 and please check with your manager once and highlight your profile and require parameters which are needed for JL5

Same for me... How will i get to know that I'm getting promoted? Manager only said that pushing my profile for promotion.

Talk to your managers manager and tell him your problem

Guys don't expect a big hike, in some units the hike is as bad 7-8% Best case I've seen is 17% And majority of it is also in variable pay.

So sometimes JL4 is better while you're looking to switch, cause with JL5 for sure your accountability and responsibility increases a lot eating up time.

Same here, I’ve also completed 2 years in JL4. But from what I heard from BPHR, after progressing from AC to Sr. AC, it seems we need to complete 1 year. I’m not fully sure how the process works though.
