Hi all I have joined Infy on Aug 2021 as a Senior Associate Consultant. Till now theres only one hike and no Promotion, its been 3.2 years with same role and no promotion. My question is Am I eligible for promotion? I have 6.6 years of Experience. With 14.9LPA I got new offer recently with 35 percent hike. I have resigned already. Will they retain me? What are the possibilities

If you get promoted to consultant you will get 12% hike and out of that also most of that will go to variable. So it is better to switch.

6.6 years with 35% is reasonable depends on your manager, if you are a critical resource they will retain you

No they will not retain but just ask just for formality
