I am a Senior Systems Engineer and my manager has initiated promotion from SSE to Associate Consultant. I have applied for it. I have been working here for the last 3 years and my current CTC is 4.2. What’s the hike can I expect here? Can anyone guide me here?

Not sure but promoting to ACON you can expect more than 7LPA

I heard that it’s based on hike percentage not sure if it’s true.. Having a thought of discussion with my manager not sure how it will turn out🥲
