Got selection mail in dec (jl4 to JL5), acon to con in same unit, release date in feb, so when should i receive promotion letter, after release date or it is combination of hike+promotion?

Most likely you will get two letter one for hike one for promotion. But base salary being same. And higher of the two will be taken
