I have received a StepUp email regarding my role change from T.A to T.L through the Accelerated Internal Fulfillment Program. It states that the promotion is effective from January 1, 2025, but my new role is not yet reflecting in my profile. When will it start reflecting, and when can I expect the revised compensation? CIS unit.

You'll receive revised compensation in mid April and the new role will reflect after your project release date mentioned in the email.

In that mail which received from stepup mostly some date of release is given (mostly for CIS it's 11 may )after that effect will take place. And about compensation letter will be received in mostly in May.
