Hey buddy,

I checked with HR today about my promotion letter to TA. They said it should be received by the end of the month, but it's delayed due to the central team. Do you think I can still expect it, or is it unlikely now?

My manager nominated me for TA on February. I still haven't received any update whether I'm getting promoted or not.

In grapevine people said I should expect it next month.

If Role change is not through step up, there is no guarantee that your role change will go through, Manager can only nominate you based on several other factors you will be promoted to next role. Step up is a guarantee process
