Hi guys, I want to know which one is better in hike, Im waiting for promotion from JL4 to JL5, meanwhile I have applied bridge program for DSE. Which one gives me better pay??

Promotion to JL5 usually gives a better hike, around 12-15%. Bridge to DSE might offer less immediate pay increase but could have long-term benefits.

Yes, today I got mail for promotion with 17.5% of hike. By continuing with Bridge to DSE, will I get hike again ?
