Trending @Infosys; Promotion Increment and Annual Appraisal Increment
If someone gets promoted from JL 4 to JL 5, it will come to effect from June. This is the same time when we expect the Annual appraisal Increment. Will the person get both Increments separately or Infosys will give Increment only for one of them?
I know some one who got two letters in November one for hike one for promotion . But both letter had the same previous salary. He got the higher of the two. Anyways it’s clear there is no hike from April this year based on results. So this situation will not come !!
@RapidJacket6 Congratulations. Yes you will get both. If promotion is through IJP as it is separate process and annual hike is different across organisation. Also, Can you please help by telling, after change in unit, how much time it took to get your role change and promotion hike letter?
Thanks for the info. I just received the confirmation that I got selected in IJP and the role change will take place after 2 months, didn't get the hike letter yet.
