If we are on bench can we get promoted.. I am SSE can I be a TA. Because after systems engineer i get promoted to SSE by default. Suggestions needed. Please tell anyone

Try appearing for bridge opportunities this quarter or else apply for IJP opportunities.. Promotional activity is rare in bench. .. mostly no .. Try for above mentioned actives for faster results .

If want to skip the assessment test in bridge .. then try scoring in top 10% (130+ )DQ score in next quarter , this will help you land direct in interview ☺️
