Same here...i got to know persons who got 21 percent with outstandstanding rating...maybe it differs with previous ratings

There is no such thing as default. Most of my known people/contact in dx unit who got promoted from jl4 to 5 in between jan 2024 to march 2025..got 11% and few even got 9%. When they reached to the manager asking for the same default 17 %, here is the reply from manager: during hike you will get another 5-6%, it will be balanced. 🤣🤣
