Trending @Infosys; Promotion Hike

I joined as a fresher Analyst- Data Science (Analytics) in June 2022 with a CTC of 7.5lac. Later was progressed to Senior Analyst and CTC increased to 8.4lac. I have few question:

1. What I am getting now is that fine or not?
2. Now when can I expect a hike and promotion?
3. Folks who got placed from my college as fresher in the same designation later years are getting more CTC. Why such difference when we are already senior and getting paid less?
