Trending @Infosys; Promotion hike?

What is the hike and in-hand salary after promotion to TA from SSE if my current in-hand is nearly 30k and the manager is trying to promote me through IJP because of unavailability of slots?

In hand salary will increase by 2-3k per month and you will get variable pay

Is the increment fixed in this case or depends on the rating and manager's kindness ?

Same issue with me, in normal promotion via slots we can expect good hikes but via IJP i guess it will be fixed 17.5%

After the IJP selection also, there will be client interviews and IJP promotional hike is very less ... Max 17%.

I am getting promoted through IJP but I will be in the same project and Unit. I think this was done by the manager because there were no slots available.
