Trending @Infosys; Promotion hike?

Hey folks,

I joined Infosys in September 2021 as fresher. First time I've received an icount rating as outstanding. I've a few questions,

How much hike% I can expect? 2.When will I get an email about the compensation revision letter w.r.t outstanding rating?
When I'll be promoted to JL4?
How much hike% for JL4 promotion I can expect?

I joined on July 21 and I still didn't get my first promotion and my first performance hike, not sure when you can expect anything

You might get an annual hike this year but no clarity on the timelines and hike %
Promotion completely depends on your manager and if the manager is not willing to provide, you can apply for IJPs (eligibility: Minimum 18 months in the current role)
No idea about Hike % for promotions
