Hi, I have a question if the manager wants can he promote me to Technology Analyst even if the maturity period is not completed by raising some requests?? Date of Joining: 4th Aug 2022 Date of confirmation: 1st March 2024
When ideally I should be promoted to Senior System Engineer and then to Technology Analyst?
Min 2.7 to 2.8 year is required for SE to TA promotion.(Lucky ones).
In normal after 3 year complete u are eligible but u have to remind manager as soon as possible.

SE TO SSE - min 2 yrs, max - 3yrs SSE TO TA - min 3 yrs, max - 4 yrs

No...it will be first SSE then TA. You can't skip the hierarchy.
