I think if you are already part of Infosys then you get approx 15% hike. If you are new joining then you get 5 to 13 lpa.

Around 4 year exp you should get to TA next cycle

It’s depend on your manger. In Infosys people move level 3 to 4 in 10 month if manger want(best case) other you can spend 3 years on same level.
