Hi All , can we get promoted from sacon to consultant in 4.5 years , my manager told at least 5 years are required . I joined in dec 2023 got progressed to sacon in April 2025 , when can i expect promotion

It's not like that. There is a role maturity period for each JL.. Unless you cover it you won't be promoted.
