We have to give BCEP exam and should have 5 yrs of experience.

I joined as TA with 3.8 yoe, now I have 5+ years of experience so where can I take this BCEP exam ? Is it on lex online or exam center. Could u pls tell me the steps?

I believe the minimum qualification is one should have served as TA for atleast two years. This is just a qualification required. But promoting somebody or not depends upon manager only. I've seen people who gets TL promotion in 2-3 years, also there are people who is TA for more than 6-7 years. So It's better to communicate your aspirations to your manager early.
