Trending @Infosys; Promotion from JL4 to JL5

When will get a promotion hike?? I have been getting commendable ratings in the same project for the past two years.

Through IJP it is 14%. Not sure about other way...

I think it should be anywhere around 12-30%

For job role change, JL4 to JL5, you can get anything between 10% to 18% max...
