I joined my current company about 1.5 years ago as a Senior Associate Consultant. So far, my manager has not discussed anything regarding promotion or appraisal. I want to understand whether it is reasonable to expect a promotion to Consultant at this stage. If the company gives an appraisal, what percentage increase is normally given at this level? Any suggestions or experiences would be helpful.

As Senior Associate Consultant you should be 2 years with any commendable/outstanding rating..Once 2 years are over you can check with your manager.

I am an SAC from almost last 3 years. No promotion and just 6% hike in total. This is how Infosys treats irrespective of how client has given your feedback. Promotions will only go to chatus.
