Trending @Infosys; Promotion and salary hike

I have joined Infosys in June 2022, doing work from home and after around 7 months I took maternity leave and joined back in October 2023. I was on bench till Feb and recently in March I have got a project. Will I be eligible for hike and promotion and What is the process for the same? My rating for earlier project was Met expectations.
