Trending @Infosys; Promotion and ℅ of Hike with it???

Hello All, I just want to know. If promotion happens in Infosys from TA to TL how much ℅ of salary will increase??

P.S. I'm asking about a promotional hike, not a yearly hike.

Anyone know the policy here??? Please help. Because HR helpdesk is useless here.

That’s not possible. Variable is percent of your CTC not your hike. Variable pay is 15% of your CTC. Your CTC increased by 12%. So you CTc was 100 with 85 fixed and 15 variable. Now your CTC is 112 with 95 fixed and 17 variable.

Yes correct. But why has it gone more towards variables. What is the point of getting promotion if the fix is only 4℅ increased.

I got it last week. 12% hike out of which 8% is variable.

Earlier it was 15-18%. Now folks this year are getting 10-12%. So when your are fighting for promotion pls ensure you tell your managers the hikes you are expecting not sure if they have anything in their hands though. The variable pay ratio would remain say at 15%
