There is a project in which I am working for 2 years. It’s a rotational shift project. Because of night shift i am facing some health issues and i want to get released from this project. How to get released ? Will there be any action?

If you are concerned about your health, why are you worried about any action. It's not that you are asking something illegal and they will send you to jail if you ask for release.

In whichever account there is a night shift , it’s mostly for support projects which are very easily replaceable . Talk to your manager and get yourself aligned

You have already completed 2 years. So you can apply IJP and release yourself. Be clear to your management that you can’t work in shifts.
