These people told me it's a devops project later after working a week i realised it's support + 24*7 monitoring project.
I feel stuck and helpless. They keep putting me weekend shift night shift and what not. It's unbearable for me now. Plus team lead is an idiot who wants me to complete her reports as well.
Can I ask for a project release based on medical ground or any other way. Please help me out

Looking for a project and this people hired me in their project as a sme kind role i thought it would be team leading or something like that now they want me to do support and monitoring. Literally they can hire 10 freshers instead of me but this idiots are another level crazy

Skill management is horrible inside infy. Do not keep any high hopes. We have few jl6 from last 2 years in support team. Asking for release or some managerial work or some training related to that. Those request were outright rejected on face. Now they all got NI, with the reason being JL6 we are expecting business value at company level. Impact of Ni rating for them: no variable pay, no hike. One has putdown the paper without offer and other still fighting for release This time it was clear instruction to give NI to folks. Indirect way to stop hike and cutdown variable pay.
