Trending @Infosys; Project refusal

Hi folks. I got call from one person and he said there was opening for full stack. He said it was health care domain and have to go to office all 5 days a week. I said I am from Java spring background and I don't know any front end and I can't travel all 5 days to office. But that person is saying in system it will go as project refusal. There were so many calls for testing and I said I don't have any experience in that. So all these will go as project refusal? And what action they will take if it goes as project refusal ?
