Trending @Infosys; Project refusal

I have been allocated to a project which doesn't allign to my technology so I refused to join the project, and the manager also have talked very rude to me saying that you can't move from this project I will not release you. After so many things he released me but he sent a mail saying project refusal stating few things keeping people in bcc .Will this affect my next project or career in infosys.
