I received NI ratings and moved to the central bench. I am getting multiple project calls but the respective managers were not able to map into projects. What would be an HR plan? Are they planning for PIP or some other assignments?

Yes if you are on bench and have NI rating no project will be able to map you till your PIp is assigned and evaluated. Basically a stupid plan/idea of HR. Instead of letting person join a new project and show his worth , they enable this backend feature where new projects are not able to map them even though they find these guys fit for the project. My advice you are in risky situation try finding another job.
I would suggest you to start looking outside and not to waste time here assuming what can happen. Wise advise.
Is this also applicable for CIS unit? As I am on bench from 2 months and not getting any profile mapped to any project, neither calls happening for interviews.
mandatory pip or termination incase of NI or UP ,usually which they don't tell you now.
You will be moved to pip you should have a discussion with manager and hr about this before too late
Same situation happen with my friend she connect with TPD and TPD said first increase your DQ to200 we will see
Brother the chances of clearing PIP is rare, and if u clear it again u will be needed to proove yourself again or again they will give u NI rating, its better to look Outside brother its high time.
