Trending @Infosys; Project Interview Doubt

I have joined infy recently few days back. I got one call for interview. The interview went for like 40 mins. But couldn't answer questions related to Microservices. If I get rejected in the first call, what will be the further process. Please can anyone tell or help. regarding it

I was interviewed multiple times while I was within a particular account. That account had different teams/applications but due to skill mismatch, I didn't clear any of those. Then after 3 months I was put on Central bench. That time I updated my profile with my relevant skills and I was put in a project after small interview. However, the project I am in right now, is not good. So if you think the current client/project is good, then try to clear interview. But at the end of the day, its luck.

The problem is some of the calls are for tech lead how can we become a tech lead with around 2-3 years of exp😅😅that too in a backend role

If you get rejected, don't worry. You'll likely get another chance for a different project. Focus on improving your skills, especially in Microservices. Talk to your manager for guidance.

We have been instructed to not connect with the mgr by BU HR and the thing is while joining infy, I mentioned I am joining for working in Microservices as I haven't worked on it earlier. But here, they are asking on it as along with other tech which I can answer as I have already worked on it. So that's why I am a bit worried as Microservices can't be learned in 1-2 day
