I joined a week ago. I’m getting calls from projects with a good tech stack, but I’m primarily a backend developer. After the interview, I’m getting ghosted even though I express that I’m willing to learn new technologies. What should I do? Please advise.

It's same with almost all backend developers. I also got many interviews and answered almost 90-95%. But they are gosting me. Some people reply with saying we have shared feedback to managers they will get back but they don't.
