Trending @Infosys; Project demand query in new Unit (MS)

I joined Infy at 2022 March as an operations executive and cleared all the foundation assessments without any backlog. I was in the INS-ADM unit and moved to a production for a support role in the big project from july 2022 to november 2022. Later It was moved to TCS. Then I moved to Bench. From December 2022 to march 2024, I was in Bench. Received calls, and they rejected due to non tech experience.

In march 2024, I received a project demand for a tech sup role in Microsoftt. They shifted me to MS unit. From march 2024 to till this nov 2024, I was in training code. In between, I received communication training and technical training, and it was completed. But I still am in training code only and some again getting training again and again. Some nit even received tech training, but they moved in production. The trainers were asking us to wait because, as per the requirements, they were picking for productions. But the manager is not even responding or approving the claims

Can I still have hope in this unit or do I need to take steps for switching company?
