Trending @Infosys; Project availability for fresher in FSDGTL unit

I'm a fresher placed in FSDGTL unit. I've been on bench for 30 days. I have training in .Net and angular. As of now, I got to know managers are looking for experienced candidates. I've given a few interviews but there's no response. Plus I'm refreshing my knowledge on the tech stack bcs I don't feel confident enough.

Please guide me on how do I connect with people and get some idea to get into a good project, I'm a person who can't sit idle for long, it's frustrating. Also I don't know how to interact with people here, bcs everyone's a senior busy with some serious stuff. How do I get out of this bubble of shyness and anxiety.
