Hello folks,
I have joined Infosys on 1st September but have not tagged into any project till now. A couple of interviews scheduled but they rejected it from their end. Its been 40 days on bench now, my point is why they even hire when do not have actual requirements. Fine after hiring why do they filter with more skill set, they could have done before joining itself.
My main question is when I can expect to get into relevant project? Being an experienced guy I really feel like its not worth to stay here more. Please let me know your thoughts.

Hi, It happens but i suggest follow up with your project anchor about open opportunities. Plus keep doing those courses in lex just to showcase you were not sitting idle. Also you can take up some work in Accelerate portal.

Lol, I was on bench for 6 months, now I got the project in Oct1st.
Why are u upset if u are getting paid to upskill?
