Hi i am joined infy 2 month back and that time i was on bench code which shows on alcon now in alcon its show production code with some project code and allocated from feb to june but i got no communication from assigned manger even after communicating to manger there is no reply can any one tell about i am really allocated to project or not.
See if there is an mapping mail or share that screenshot of Alcon to manager stating that ur my reporting manager please guide me what to do
I tried sending the screenshot to the allocated manager but he is not replying and seeing my messages also contacted the previous bench manager he is saying connect with your current assigned manager. So i am confused do i really allocated to project.
Check organisation structure, contact someone just below your manager's level. If nothing, then contact someone above his/her level.
