Hi, Can someone please tell me the process for progression and the timelines. I had to get progression from ACON to SACON. It's been almost 2 years being ACON. Can someone please tell me the process.

whats your total EOY ?? usually its an automated process, manager can also nominate

Just remind you manager. Maybe he has too many resources under him and is randomly nominating. But you will surely get in couple of quarters and which way. But yes do let your manager know that your peers with same or less experience have progressed.
