Hello there, Is it possible to get promotion from L1 to L2 with only 2.5 years of experience, if not then what should be the least experience ? And how much hike can one expect once they get promoted ? Any L2 here..Please answer.

Any Approximation, if for previous cycle it was ME but this time it will be Commendable for sure and also then my total experience will be around 2.8 yrs @BrokenSoul. How much can I expect ?

Current cycle means rating results will come Dec. So if you got nominated in October (( chances are less)) and suppose L2 promotion results will come in Jan then that your Oct rating will considered
