Hi Viners, Should I get the progression if I place the resign paper, ppl in my project said we will receive progression in December(tentatively ) but if I keep the paper still did i get the progression?

No guarantee, resign if u have offer or atleast a good plan. My advice is to wait for progression in December n hike letters in jan if u don't have offer.
