Hi, I joined Infosys Feb 2025. I was assigned to a BPO project in July where my skill set is mismatched. So I came out of the project after 6 months(December). Due to this my manager gave an NI rating for coming out of the project even though I had achieved my goals which are mentioned in icount. Now I was not receiving any project calls and I got to know that my profile is blocked by my HR. Does anyone clarify to me what is going on in the background ?
If you have got NI and are on bench your profile will be blocked till you clear PIP. Currently HR is checking with DMs whether to give NI folks the option of 5 months severance or not. Basically there will be two category of NI - one will be given option of 5 months severance vs PIP. The other will have to take PIP come what may.
The 5 months severance is based on what happened last year. Not sure what will be this time.
