Trending @Infosys; Probation period extended.

Hi all I am a lateral entry JL4 and my 6months will be over in this month August. But now I can see my probation period is extended till next quarter. What should I do.

Go to infyme -> edocket -> cag there you find a letter in pdf format includes reason for extending the probation period.

Discuss with your manager on why your probation period was extended. Most likely it’s due to performance issue. But at-least you should know where you are going wrong

Did you discuss this with your manager ? if no have a discussion, if yes still there is no update then that must be something due to performance
