Trending @Infosys; Probation confirmation

Hello everyone. I will be completing 6 months tomorrow in Infosys and no project yet. 2 projects gave pre production and put to bench again. 4 months wasted here only. My probation manager changed recently(From Jan 15). He mailed me asking reason why I should be confirmed. I told him reasons and also I have done 2 certifications and many courses. But he is telling me to complete other certifications. Those 7 certifications are not possible to complete and he informed me onlast Friday. He has still not confirmed me. But he dint say that only after certifications he will confirm. But still it's showing N in infyme. Any idea guys that he will extend probation? Help me out. My other friends who joined with me even on bench they got confirmed. My unit is RCLADM, which is worst no projects at all.
