Hello guys, I am in a situation that in 20 days i will complete 6 months in infy. Been on bench till now. Couple of mapping and trainings done but they dint take me into project due to client restructuring team. So, will they terminate me for being on bench for so long or will they put pip or any other actions ? Please respond if anyone has any idea.
This is the best time to look outisde if u want more package. You don’t need to serve 3 months notice period if u resign since u r not on project . If i were u i would upgrade my skill and switch asap
It depends . If you haven’t cleared interviews matching your skillset and manager has logged in rejections in system , it can be used to shunt you out. That is generally a rare scenario. Most likely your probation period will be extended
In maximum cases they will extend the probation period to 3 more months and try to get project during probation.
