Trending @Infosys; Probation Confirmation

I have recently joined Infosys and currently on Unit Bench, looks like there is no opportunities in my unit. My probation Confirmation starts in next 25 days. Will my Manager will confirm my Probation or what will happen? What are the steps that Infosys people will take.

If you have done any lex courses or accelerate task just mention it and try asking manager for approval. You must showcase your talent to your manager else they may extend your probation period.
