I joined on April 14 as sac and got probation confirmation yesterday with me rating. Can anyone tell me will i receive the hike in this appraisal or how it goes further?
You are a Very optimistic person . Confirmation just means that you will not be fired. There is hike component connected to it. You will not get a hike till atleast April 2027. If organisation gives a hike in April 2026 the probability of which is less you will not be eligible.
I heard from a very reliable source that we're looking at zero hikes. Apparently, the company is using the recent layoffs at major firms like Accenture and TCS as justification for a pay freeze. While my source was highly confident about the freeze, they did mention that some top performers (OS ratings and other commendable people) might get some compensation as an exception sometime next year.
